Job Overview Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) :

TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Boston, MA with our client, providing care in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and support patients with complex mental health needs in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. This role is ideal for providers passionate about whole-person healing and driving better outcomes in behavioral health.

Responsibilities as the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner :

• Psychiatric Evaluation : Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Medication Management : Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Crisis Intervention : Provide clinical support during crises and manage complex behavioral health needs.
• Health Monitoring : Track mental and physical health indicators, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Patient & Family Education : Educate clients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
