A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to architect, build, and scale their Revenue Operations function across professional services and SaaS businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, translating company vision into operational plans and KPIs
Architect and build scalable processes and systems to support revenue models, focusing on operational clarity
Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in revenue operations or related functions, with leadership experience in high-growth environments
Deep expertise in sales operations, revenue analytics, and CRM administration (Salesforce)
Proven success in leveraging data and technology to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
Experience in dynamic environments such as startups or scale-ups is highly desirable
