At Chill Heating and Cooling , we don't just fix systems-we build relationships. As a family-owned, fast-growing HVAC company serving San Ramon and beyond, we pride ourselves on delivering expert service with a personal touch.
We're looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who's not only sharp with tools and troubleshooting-but also loves customer interaction and knows how to spot opportunities to help. If you're the kind of tech who enjoys educating homeowners, offering solutions, and earning extra spiffs for doing it right, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do :
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Build trust and rapport with customers through honest communication
- Educate clients on system conditions and recommend the best solutions
- Present add-on products and services with integrity (filters, IAQ, accessories, etc.)
- Complete service tickets accurately and efficiently using mobile tools
- Maintain your company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment
This role is perfect for a tech who enjoys making great money by genuinely helping people . We offer spiffs and bonuses for product recommendations and upgrades - because great service often means offering more than just the basics.
