What You’ll Do

As a  Licensed Practical Nurse , you’ll be a clinical leader, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver and oversee high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll promote both the physical and mental well-being of residents through assessments, care planning, and coordination. Key responsibilities include :

• Performing patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Coordinating and monitoring medical services, including medication management
• Collaborating with physicians and team members to deliver effective treatment
• Administering IVs and advanced nursing interventions
• Documenting care and ensuring regulatory compliance
