Key Responsibilities
Build trust and rapport with prospective students through engaging conversations
Conduct admissions interviews to uncover students' goals and potential barriers
Manage a personal pipeline, making 80+ calls daily and following up consistently
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Comfort with metrics and performance targets
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or other CRMs
Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up
Must be located in or near Phoenix, AZ
