ER Receptionist / Patient Registration Coordinator

Location : Anchorage, AK Employer : TDL Staffing Positions : Full-Time and Part-Time Available Pay : Starting at $18.50 / hour (depending on experience) Additional hourly compensation for shifts after 6 PM

TDL Staffing is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our healthcare team as Patient Service Representatives. In this important role, youll be the first point of contact for patients during admission, registration, transfers, and discharge, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every patient and visitor. Your ability to accurately manage patient information, communicate effectively, and handle multiple tasks will contribute directly to quality patient care and overall satisfaction.

What You'll Do :

• Perform admitting, registration, transfer, and discharge functions in a fast-paced hospital / clinic setting
• Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate records and ensure patient data is handled securely
• Assist patients and visitors with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to support seamless patient flow
