The FS Worker is responsible for preparing meals, serving, keeping cafeteria clean, operating dish machine, stocking supplies, assisting other cooks and removal of trash. Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills :

• Knowledge of basic diets.
• Proper food portion and waste control.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and patients.

Education : HS diploma or equivalent, required

Experience : Cafeteria-Food Service Industry

Certification : Must have or able to obtain Current Texas Food Handler Card.
