A company is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with GTM leaders to understand role requirements and team strategy
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiations
Build diverse candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods and networking
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in GTM functions within high-growth SaaS or technology companies
Proven success in hiring for quota-carrying sales and customer-facing roles
Strong understanding of GTM organizational structures and compensation models
Experience in sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and industry groups
Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams is a plus
