Wayfair Co-op Program
Program Dates : January 5, 2026 - June 19, 2026
The base pay for this position is $24 per hour. This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday). At this time, Wayfair will not sponsor applicants for employment authorization for this position for the following work visas : STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.

The Commercial team also offers outstanding support to meet customers where they are through home services, financing options, and direct sales interactions. As a Commercial Analyst Co-op, you'll develop and execute strategies that generate competitive advantage for Wayfair, and the results of your findings will improve the end-to-end supplier and customer experience.
