Description :

Client is an 80-bed inpatient facility for acute rehabilitation.

We are committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care for patients recovering from serious illness or injury.

Our multidisciplinary approach helps patients live fulfilling lives while providing support to caregivers and families.

We offer rehabilitation programs for various conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and amputation.

CarePartners provides a full continuum of post-acute rehabilitative care, including traditional therapies and specialty programs.

The facility prides itself on being the only healthcare provider in the region offering these services.

Nursing staff will work in units with a patient ratio of 5-6.

Certified Nursing Assistants are available on all shifts, along with unit secretary support.

Our unit is equipped with IV pumps, specialty beds, feeding pumps, lifts, transfer equipment, and life vests.

Documentation is done using the Meditech system.

There is no floating among units as they are connected and interchangeable.

Our facility is recognized for its outstanding care and has received certifications from relevant accreditation bodies.
