Monitor and coordinate the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring the Controller maintains accuracy and consistency. Manage the accounting team : the Controller will mentor, develop and oversee team members to build a high-performing accounting group. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards : the Controller will stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field strongly preferred. Proven experience in a senior accounting role, ideally having served as a Controller or equivalent. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), financial statements and budgeting.
Controller
Salary : $80,000-$90,000
