Provides operational and clinical oversight for multiple facilities within the Central Missouri region, ensuring high-quality therapy services, compliance, and financial performance. Acts as a bridge between facility-level leadership and executive management, supporting growth and consistency across sites.

Requirements :

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple assigned facilities, ensuring therapy programs meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support and mentor Directors of Rehabilitation (DORs) in staffing, scheduling, compliance, and performance management.
• Monitor financial performance, productivity, and quality outcomes across sites; implement corrective action when needed.
• Partner with facility administrators, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to promote resident satisfaction and outcomes.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and compliance checks; ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and state guidelines.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and development of therapy personnel within assigned facilities.
• Lead initiatives for operational consistency, staff engagement, and culture alignment across facilities.
