The QuickBooks Live Expert - Sr. Associate Role is responsible for providing professional guidance to Small Business Owners managing their business through Quickbooks Online. This role requires a deep understanding of QuickBooks Online, as well as strong bookkeeping, customer service, and technical skills.

Qualifications :

• Customer service experience
• 1-3 years of bookkeeping and / or accounting experience
• Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience
• QuickBooks Online  Level 1 Certification required
• Certified Public Bookkeeper is preferred, not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with technology; strong knowledge of computer software and ability to learn technology quickly
• Dedicated high-speed internet connection (Wireless, DSL, cable, or fiber)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision
• Critical thinking, problem solving, flexibility, and determination
• Willingness to learn and support new products and services

Responsibilities :

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $22.50 - $29.50, Colorado $22.00 - $29.00, Bay Area California $23.00 - $29.50, Southern California $23.00 - $29.50, Washington $22.50 - $29.50, Washington D.C. $23.00 - $29.00. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit® : Careers | Benefits).
