Endoscopy Technician - Part-Time

Endoscopy Suite Assistant

Overview Schedule is Monday-Friday, working two 10 hour days. Be part of a busy dynamic team in our Endoscopy suite. Job duties include assisting physicians during endoscopy procedures, handling specimens collected and cleaning equipment. Previous healthcare experience a plus, but will train.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians with various procedures, including, but not limited to, colonoscopies, upper gastrointestinal endoscopies.
• Prepares procedure room for case, maintaining clean examination areas by setting up rooms, cleaning instruments after case.
• Handles the maintenance of all endoscopes including high level disinfection and reprocessing.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory par levels, restocking endoscopy related supplies in procedure rooms and monitoring expiration dates.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Pay Range : $20.17 / Hr. - $31.27 / Hr.

FTE / Hours per pay period : 0.50 - 20 hrs / per week
