Key Responsibilities

Conduct client interactions via video and virtual collaboration tools

Manage multiple client accounts and deliver accurate bookkeeping services

Review and process financial transactions and troubleshoot complex bookkeeping issues

Required Qualifications

3 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience

1 year of QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience

Possess QuickBooks Online Level 1 (L1) Certification or must obtain prior to start

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Must be located in the United States and available to work Pacific Time Zone hours
