Associate Attorney

rights firm representing primarily credit unions in collections, bankruptcy, foreclosure, probate, and real estate. Five or more years experience is preferred but not required. Training and mentorship will be provided. Duties include litigation, court appearances, negotiating with opposing counsel and defendants, and reviewing legal documents. Golf experience encouraged but not required. Salary to be negotiated based on experience.
