Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a background in customer service or administrative support, along with experience in Tax or Payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries related to payroll, tax deductions, forms, and compliance requirements.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, record maintenance, and filing.
Review and verify payroll and tax-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to payroll, tax filings, and employee information.
Support payroll processing activities and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as required by the HR or payroll department.
Assist employees with tax forms (W-2, 1099, etc.) and payroll-related concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Hands-on experience with Tax or Payroll operations (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
