Regional Senior Vice President, Stores

Reporting directly to the Chief Stores Officer Neiman Marcus & Saks Fifth Avenue, the Regional Senior Vice President (RVP), Stores is a visionary and results-driven leader responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience across a defined region of Neiman Marcus & Saks Fifth Avenue stores. This executive leads with purpose, shaping and executing regional strategies that strengthen store performance, elevate brand standards, and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and accountability. The RSVP serves as the connective tissue between the corporate strategy and store execution translating enterprise priorities into actionable regional initiatives that drive measurable results.

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale retail or comparable multi-unit, customer-centric environments.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and enhancing operational effectiveness across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated success in leading through transformation aligning teams to deliver against ambitious growth, service, and digital integration goals.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% to stay deeply connected to stores, teams, and customers.

You Also Have :

  • 4 year degree, or equivalent experience, preferred
  • 15+ years related management experience in retailing or other fast paced service and selling environments, in positions of increasing responsibility and volume
  • Has the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with people
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, and fly to meetings, summits, client events across the region
  • As The Regional Senior Vice President, You Will :

  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Define and execute a compelling regional strategy that drives top-line growth, maximizes profitability, and reinforces operational excellence.

  • Partner with the Chief Stores Officer and executive leadership team to shape and deliver enterprise goals, vision, and mission.
  • Champion a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational & Financial Performance
  • Drive sales, margin expansion, and cost optimization through innovative, customer-first strategies and disciplined execution.

  • Ensure every store delivers exceptional brand presentation, service standards, and operational precision.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide business decisions.
  • Talent & Culture
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Vice Presidents and General Managers fostering an environment that values empowerment, recognition, and growth.

  • Build a strong succession pipeline and ensure leadership readiness across the region.
  • Embed company values in every aspect of regional operations, driving a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and purpose.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with executive peers in Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment between corporate strategy and store execution.

  • Salary and Other Compensation :

    The starting salary for this position is between $291,451.62-360,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

    This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards.

    The position may not be performed remotely from Washington State.
