Descripción del trabajoActive Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Current First Aid and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Geriatric experience required; 3+ years in a clinic or long-term care setting preferred. Pay range : $31.00–$38.80 / hr (based on experience). Full-time schedule : Sunday–Thursday, 7 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans. Generous paid time off. $500 referral bonus program.

Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a respected healthcare organization serving the Lakewood, Colorado community.
This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE opportunity with excellent benefits and competitive pay.
Responsibilities of the LPN :
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients in their homes.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatment instructions, and care plans.
- Document clinical notes, treatments, and progress in the EMR system.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians or RNs.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered outcomes.
