This full-time position offers the chance to work in Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, the largest hospital in Wisconsin, renowned for its innovative care and 24 / 7 on-site heart-care team. Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 with distance-based relocation available; $2,000 for PM Shifts

Your Responsibilities Include :

• Preparation and maintenance of a sterile field and surgical environment
• Assisting Surgeons and maintaining optimal patient care during procedures
• Setting up and disassembling equipment and surgical instruments
• Transporting patients and ensuring their safety
• Monitoring and reporting any issues with equipment and supplies

Qualifications :

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
