Descripción del trabajoopportunities to build trusted relationships as you care & connect with people of all ages. flexibility for true work-life balance career mobility and growth opportunities May provide or assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing in bed, tub or shower; care of hair including shampoo, combing and brushing; care of teeth and mouth including denture care; nail care, filing only; skin care including peri care and applying lotion; transfer of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair. Transfer of patients on and off bedpan, commode and toilet. Reports observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager Drives safely, complies with traffic regulations, and wears a seat belt when business travel is required. Assists with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care. Six months experience in home care preferred. Successful completion of a competency evaluation If assigned to provide care under a Medicare Certified Provider, the aide must meet the Home Health Aide qualifications for training and competency as required by the Medicare Conditions of Participation and their state of practice. Access to public transportation OR dependable vehicle with a current driver's license and vehicle insurance. CPR certification as required. NC : For in-home aides not listed on the nurse aide registry, must have verification of core competencies by a registered nurse. Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client's needs. Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client. Able to work independently and multitask with good time management skills. Good communication, writing, and organizational skills. Able to react to change productively and adapt to changing organizational needs. Must possess a strong commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization.
We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one support, companionship and personal care work with our in-home patients in Jacksonville, NC and the surrounding area.
