Job Title : FP&A Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to lead and enhance our financial planning and analysis processes. This role focuses on the development and implementation of advanced FP&A practices, with a particular emphasis on Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Operating Plans (AOP). The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving process improvements and automations, leveraging analytical tools such as PowerBI to create predictive analytics and global dashboards.
Responsibilities
Review and enhance FP&A processes, prioritizing LRP and AOP, and collaborate with procurement and business teams to align savings capture with financial budgeting processes.
Develop state-of-the-art FP&A processes focusing on LRP and AOP / Forecasts.
Develop analytical capabilities, including the creation of global dashboards in PowerBI and predictive analytics.
Drive the simplification and automation of FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics, including earnings materials.
Review earnings preparation documentation and drive automation.
Assess opportunities for establishing a center of excellence to maintain analytical capabilities and centralize repetitive processes.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 12+ years of relevant FP&A experience, with the last 8+ years at a Director level or above (or consultant equivalent).
Experience leading, building, designing and implementing Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Operating Plans (AOP)
Experience with building budgeting, forecasting and FP&A processes
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in global finance environments.
Prior project work in process improvement or dashboard development is preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $150.00 / hr.
