Participate in ongoing sales training. Strong communication & organization skills. Reliable transportation, flexible schedule (6 days / week). Self-motivated; works well independently or on a team. Sales / home improvement experience is a plus, not required. Position : Home Remodeling Expert
Step into a full-time, W-2, outside sales role meeting pre-qualified homeowners, delivering impactful presentations, and closing high-ticket deals. Top performers are earning up to $300K / year!

Pay : $90K–$300K / year (UNCAPPED commission!)
Average First-Year Earnings : $100K–$150K
