\nTotal weekly hours : 36 \n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are seeking experienced psychiatric nurses to join our acute behavioral health facility, which offers comprehensive care across five specialized units with a total of 72 beds. Our patient population includes both voluntary and involuntary individuals, ranging from children (as young as 5) to geriatric adults.

\nFacility Overview : \n\nType : Acute Psychiatric Facility

\nUnits : 5

\nBed Count : 72

\nPatient Population : Adults and pediatrics

\nSecurity : No onsite security; occasional incarcerated individuals

\nSchedule : Block schedule with every other weekend required

\nShift Options : Straight 36 hours or 36 / 48 hour rotation

\nShift Times : 6 : 00–6 : 30 PM

\nSchedule Policy : Must be able to fill block shifts; no alterations permitted

\nNurse-to-Patient Ratio : 1 : 12 (consistent across day and night shifts)

\nSupport Staff : Nurses, Behavioral Health Associates (BHAs), House Supervisors (always onsite)

\nFloating Expectations : May float between units within the facility, but not to other sites

\nRequirements : \n\nExperience : Minimum 2 years of direct psychiatric and acute care experience

\nCertifications : CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) – provided onsite

\nBackground Check : State of Wisconsin Caregiver background check (wet signature required) must complete onsite prior to starting

\nTravel Experience : Not required

\nOrientation : Details to be provided
