In this role, you will lead a team of Systems Engineers in designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise automation solutions. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving initiatives that optimize business processes across multiple applications and departments. The role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, setting technical standards, and ensuring best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability. You will act as a mentor to your team, fostering technical growth and operational excellence, while also taking on complex automation projects yourself. This position offers the chance to shape the automation strategy of an enterprise and deliver measurable impact across the organization.

Accountabilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of Systems Engineers focused on automation and integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and define a balanced automation roadmap.
  • Oversee architecture, design, and execution of workflows using enterprise automation platforms.
  • Take a hands-on role in developing complex automation workflows and integrations when needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on integration and automation platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Drive adoption of automation solutions through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licenses, and system administration responsibilities.
  • Ensure documentation, testing, and change management processes are maintained consistently.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business systems, automation, or enterprise applications, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise with integration and automation platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Glean).
  • Hands-on experience delivering solutions across ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other SaaS business applications.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring technical staff and fostering team development.
  • Relevant system certifications (Workato, MuleSoft, etc.) and Scrum experience are a plus.
