INOVA Fairfax Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist 2 to join the team! This position is a Full time Day shift. Monday-Friday, every other weekend. (6:30am-3pm)

Medical Laboratory Scientist 2 Job Responsibilities:
Follows site specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and instructions; Annually reads SOP and documents knowledge of contents.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education-Bachelor's degree in science from a college/university recognized by regional or national accreditation agency. Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology preferred. Other acceptable forms of education will follow the guidelines of ASCP/AMT Board certification.
Experience-Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited MLS program, NAACLS or ABHES accredited MSL program, or a foreign medical laboratory science clinical training program within the last five years can be used in lieu of one year of full time acceptable clinical experience.
