As an HR Manager in our College Business Office, you'll directly impact the success of a cohort of Performing Arts units while developing expertise in staff, student, and academic Human Resources. Reporting to the Director of Personnel Services, you'll :

• Identify the HR needs of the unit and work with the unit leadership to enact actions
• Partner with Financial Analysts to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Manage HR actions that support world-changing research and education
• Join a supportive team that will guide you through the HR landscape of higher education
