MARKETING - Utilize our fully automated marketing and CRM systems for consumers and referral partners. FULL PRODUCT OFFERINGS - including Conventional, FHA, VA, Reverse Mortgages, Construction, Bank Statement Programs, No Doc Programs, Hard Money, Commercial Mortgage Loans etc. Mortgage Loan Officer must be licensed in TX, CA, and / or FL and in good standing with NMLS. Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
