Descripción del trabajoProven experience in advanced quality inspection within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with CMM and advanced dimensional inspection techniques. Strong understanding of GD&T principles and applications. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with quality documentation software is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-department collaboration. Minimum of High School Diploma required; Two-year technical degree or equivalent training preferred.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Quality Technician to join our team. This role requires strong knowledge of dimensional inspection, CMM operation, and advanced measuring techniques. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product compliance with engineering drawings and industry standards.
Duties
- Perform advanced dimensional inspections using CMM and other precision measuring equipment.
- Operate CMM to verify complex parts and assemblies.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications to ensure product conformity.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot precision inspection equipment.
- Document and analyze inspection results.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve dimensional and quality issues.
