Descripción del trabajo$.66 CPM all miles (we pay practical miles) + accessorials / bonuses (no health insurance, no vacation pay, no holiday pay) + per diem + longevity bonus Total pay includes accessorials such as layover, detention and additional stops / pickups Layover pay is $150 per night Detention pay is $20 per hour and starts one hour after appointment time Holiday Pay is $150 per holiday Additional stops / pickups pay $25 each Total pay includes all bonuses Safety bonus is paid quarterly at $.03 CPM per billable mile (if qualify) Weekend deliveries are a $100 bonus NYC trips (rarely and not forced) are a $150 bonus, if you choose to go Vacation Pay Starting pay $0.56 cpm 6 months $0.58 cpm 12 months $0.60 cpm 24 months $0.62 cpm 60 months- $0.62 cpm plus longevity Bonus of $.02 cpm will be paid quarterly which brings our top pay to $0.66 cpm Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield health insurance after 30 days Company-paid dental insurance after 30 days (Employee Only) Company-paid life insurance $20,000 after 30 days (Employee Only) STD (Short-Term Disability) insurance after 30 days 401(k) w / company match Per diem ($69 per night on the road) Operate tractor-trailer combination with reefer unit Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment Hook / unhook trailers Verify and complete required documentation and reports Maintain accurate daily logs Communicate with dispatch as required Demonstrate excellent customer service Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures Perform other duties as required Family rider policy after 90 days! (immediate family only and must be age 14+) Pets allowed in trucks! Samsara System with GPS turned on Optional satellite TV in truck ($15.63 deducted weekly but reimbursed at the end of quarter if you qualify for the safety bonus. Available after 90 days.) Driver lounge with shower, free laundry facilities, kitchen, cable TV and recliners Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) Must possess two years of recent verifiable experience, which can include military experience Must possess acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) based on hiring standards Must be at least 23 years old Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements under section 391 of the Federal Motor Carriers (FMC) regulations
