Senior Director of Medical Economics

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Medical Economics.

Key Responsibilities

Drive overall surplus performance in ACO and Payor Risk Contracts through medical economics analysis

Manage core Medical Economics analyses, including cost and utilization trends, and create standardized reporting

Lead a team of Actuaries and Medical Economic Analysts to support performance management strategies

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a Medical Economics role

Experience analyzing medical claims data and value-based contracting design

Deep understanding of medical economic cost modeling and risk adjustment

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, Python, SQL, and BI tools

Actuarial designation preferred but not required
