About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional guidance, develop individualized meal plans, and support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals through evidence-based nutrition care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
- Counsel patients and families on proper nutrition to manage medical conditions and improve health outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and adjust plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in patient education, wellness programs, and community outreach as needed.
