About the Role

As a Groundskeeper at The Lofts at Jubal Square in Winchester VA youll be the heartbeat of our communitys curb appeal and cleanliness. Our team is dedicated to helping further the skills and attributes required to be a successful member of our maintenance team. Through our training and mentorship program The Park Academy we will help build those with positive and eager-to-learn attitudes to grow and succeed.

No experience required-just a positive eager-to-learn attitude!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain beautiful grounds and common areas
• Remove litter and debris
• Assist with turnover cleaning and painting
• Support the maintenance team with various tasks
• Other duties as assigned
