This is a full-time position that includes a generous benefits package!

Providence Place at the Collegeville Inn is seeking to recruit a compassionate, customer service driven individual to enhance our residents' dining experience. The Dining Room Server (Coordinator) is responsible for ensuring that residents have a positive experience during mealtimes. This includes ensuring an organized process for meal service; communicating dining room needs to the Director of Dining Services; and ensuring that the dining room is clean and set for lunch and dinner meals. Must be willing to cover dishwasher / prep cook shifts as needed.

Full Time : 10 : 30 am - 7 : 00 pm

  • Must be able to work EOW / EOH

Critical Success Factors :

  • Superb customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must work well as a team and be capable of leading a team of coworkers in the dining room
  • Knowledge of food handling, dining room, and / or hospitality procedures

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Education : Must possess a High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in dining or restaurant service - Supervisory experience is a plus. Completion of sanitation course (ServSafe) must be completed within 3 months of hire.
  • Successful candidate will be service oriented, demonstrate a positive attitude, and have a neat, professional appearance.
