Financial Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager - Financial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage workload, task delegation, and performance of Specialists and Analysts

Monitor daily banking activities and oversee funding file preparation and payment workflows

Handle escalations, train new team members, and collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and IT

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3-5 years in financial or treasury operations

Strong Excel and troubleshooting capabilities

Prior people leadership experience preferred

Experience with payment risk controls and bank portal administration preferred
