Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk :

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting project operations and ensuring administrative efficiency. Your responsibilities will include :

Creating, tracking, and filing Notice to Owners for customers with open balances.

Sending credit applications and managing reference checks to approve customer accounts.

Reaching out to customers regarding payment status and NTO information.

Assisting AR / AP teams with bookkeeping tasks to maintain up-to-date records.

Reconciling quantity totals with daily reports from multiple plant locations.

Performing data entry and importing tickets / spreadsheets into the Fast Weigh system.

Supporting the accounting team with additional tasks as a proactive Accounting Clerk.

Requirements for the Accounting Clerk Role :

To succeed as an Accounting Clerk, you should bring :

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools.

Coursework or studies in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or business management.

A safety-first attitude and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping concepts.
