Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex digital transformation and ecommerce programs across multiple teams and parallel work streams

Drive planning, execution, and delivery using enterprise level program management practices

Oversee and coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, UX, product, MarTech, and vendor partners

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading enterprise level programs or large, multi-team projects

Strong background in ecommerce or digital transformation initiatives

Hands-on involvement with Adobe blueprinting, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar digital platform implementations

Demonstrated success coordinating multiple work streams at once

Ability to think at a program level, not just project execution
