ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Principal UX Engineer / Head of UX to lead the end-to-end user experience strategy across our entire product portfolio. This role blends strategic leadership, hands-on UX excellence, and cross-functional coordination. You will drive consistency across multiple products with cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployment models while ensuring intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

This is a remote position based out of Poland and will be engaged through a third-party employment provider. Applicants must hold a valid Right to Work in Poland.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and own the holistic UX vision and strategy for a complex multi-product ecosystem.
• Establish UX principles, design standards, and governance models.
• Champion human-centered design and advocate for UX at all organizational levels.
• Lead the creation and adoption of a scalable design system.
• Ensure UX consistency across products, platforms, and deployment environments.
• Align design standards with technical feasibility and engineering constraints.
• Execution & Delivery

Oversee research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.

Promote data-driven decision-making through research and analytics.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in UX or interaction design.

Experience in enterprise or complex technical product environments.
