Descripción del trabajoStrong minimum guarantee and % of collections Clear and well-defined path for growth and bonus opportunities Dental allowance, 401(k) eligible Malpractice insurance Dental school graduate, GPR / AEGD preferred 3-5 years of clinical experience Experience with crown & bridge, implants, same-day dentistry, clear aligners, etc., preferred Active New York dental license in good standing, required Operates with integrity Is collaborative Demonstrates company core values Ability to identify, communicate, and solve issues Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain partnerships at various staff and management levels Excellent organization, time-management, and prioritization skills Fosters a positive working environment that promotes, transparency, learning and open communication
We're searching for an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice in Garden City, NY. We're looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and personable candidate who places a premium on patient care as a driver of practice growth and possesses a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.
About Our Practice
- Drs. in practice : 2 Hygienists : 3
- Total chairs : 12
- Schedule : Saturdays
- 100% Fee-for-service practice
- Fully digital, upgraded technology (Multiple milling and CEREC units, Cone Beam, iTero, etc.)
- Specialty work done in office : Oral Surgery, General Anesthesia, Pedodontics
- Active patient base : 3,250
