Quality Bonus Program : Earn a $50 bonus for each installation that passes quality control inspection. Quarterly BBQ cookouts and an annual Christmas celebration Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Minimum of 3 years' HVAC installation experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and safety standards EPA is preferred NATE certification is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various indoor / outdoor environment

As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team and deliver expert installations with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Benefits We Offer
Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm (30-minute lunch). Saturday availability required during peak summer months (June - August).
Pay Scale : $20 - $25 / h depending on experience + bonuses
Position Summary : Perform expert installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring proper setup, efficiency, safety, and long-lasting comfort for our customers.
