The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA is looking for an Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO to join our Denver / hybrid team.
The Executive Assitant is a critical partner to the Chief Executive Officer, serving as the CEO’s primary administrative support and trusted advisor on administrative initiatives. . This role provides leverage to the CEO by ensuring preparation, execution, and focus on top priorities; coordinating strategic initiatives, and managing executive office operations. This position plays a key role in advancing the CEO’s vision by supporting initiatives and ensuring alignment across the senior leadership team. The CoS also supports the governance functions of the Strategic Advisory and Governance Board, ensuring strong communication, effective board engagement, and seamless execution of governance processes. While not a decision-making role, the CoS amplifies the CEO’s impact through strong coordination, communication, and consistent delivery.
Requirements : Essential Functions
Executive Support and Strategic Partnership
Provide requested research, analysis, and material to inform the CEO’s decision-making.
Draft communications, talking points, presentations, and briefings for the CEO.
Represent the CEO in select meetings and internal initiatives.

Supervisory duties
Direct supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. HYBRID SCHEDULE : On-site in Denver Tech Center Office every Tuesday and Thursday

The application deadline is October 17, 2025 . This may be extended in the event additional time is necessary to receive a sufficient number of qualified candidates. The approximate salary range for this position is $113,000- $145,000, depending on the skills, education, and experience of the candidate.
