Vice President of PMO

A company is looking for a Vice President, PMO (Transformation - Value Delivery).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Value Delivery Office, overseeing project managers and establishing project delivery standards

Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in project execution while ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Implement change management strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to support successful adoption of new processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred

10-15 years of experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex portfolios

Deep understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
