Job Title : RN - PCU

Facility : CHI Health Mercy Council Bluffs

Shift : 12-hour days, Days shift

Start Date : December 15, 2025

Assignment Length : Approximately 3 months (until March 16, 2026)

Certification and License Requirements :

Current and valid RN license in the state of practice (underline and bold as specified).

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Additional certifications such as ACLS may be preferred or required depending on unit needs.

What You Bring :

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar acute care setting.

Ability to quickly adapt to fast-paced environments and handle a wide range of patient needs.

Strong clinical skills, including IV management, patient assessment, and emergency response.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to maintain a compassionate approach while delivering high-quality patient care.

Preferred Education & Experience :

Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Minimum of 1-2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital, specifically in a PCU, telemetry, or step-down unit.

Prior experience working in a similar hospital environment is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits :

Weekly taxable pay : $1,994.94

Weekly stipend : $1,246.00
