By increasing access to primary medical care, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, specialty care, health education, and supportive services we are a major partner in ending homelessness, promoting community health, and achieving across-the-board healthcare savings.

The Fourth Street Clinic Nursing S upervisor is an exciting new role at our main clinic at 409 West 400 South in downtown Salt Lake City . This role provide s direct care to our patients and supervises an amazing triage nursing team. The triage team a ssist s primary care , behavioral health, and many specialty provider staff by triaging patients seeking same-day services, providing individual nursing appointments and group education. You will be part of our nursing team which includes three Triage Nurses, a Pediatric Nurse, a Nurse Educator, and a Nursing Director with over 30 years of combined experience at Fourth Street Clinic. Core Responsibilities

• Supervise the triage RN staff including schedules, timecards, performance reviews, and daily operations of the triage team.
• Support patient flow through the clinic by triaging patients accessing same-day services or with scheduled appointments while considering clinic capacity and acute needs.
• Model, support and encourage a collaborative culture that values mutual respect, cooperative partnerships, continuous learning, trust, and fairness.
• Identify, develop, and provide educational opportunities for patients and staff.
• Utilize quality improvement initiatives with nursing and MA staff to improve patient outcomes and achieve optimal health goals.
• Ensure all assigned staff meet CLIA, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines in conjunction with the Clinic Nurse Educator.
