Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager has a comprehensive understanding of the entire new development project life cycle, from research, planning and design to the marketing and sales / leasing phases of new construction residential developments. Their responsibility is to ensure the success of our projects and act as a key liaison between real estate developer clients and the sales, leasing and marketing teams. It is critical to excel in strategic marketing and sales / leasing processes while adhering to deadlines and goals throughout the project's duration. The Senior Project Manager ensures that all revenue, absorption, and key project metrics are met. This individual will be well-versed in the Corcoran New Development culture and will be seen as a real estate market expert. The ideal candidate is an adept multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills who thrives in a dynamic market and project cycle.

• Extensive knowledge of various marketing, sales and leasing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and marketing teams.

• An innovative strategist who is highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills, time and people management.
• Minimum 5 years of real estate new development marketing, sales and leasing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with CRM database software including Yardi and Rent Caf.
