Job Description

Serve as the SR HR Generalist for the Energy & Commodities business

Partner with senior MDs and business leadership

Help implement strategic HR plans and initiatives across client groups

Assist on organizational design, restructures, and change management

Coach leaders on people challenges and interventions

Support culture and conduct initiatives

Lead and support initiatives across the full HR lifecycle : employee relations, performance management, talent mapping, succession planning, and organizational design

Travel quarterly

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of HR experience, ideally in financial services, energy, commodities, or trading

An interest in growth and taking on exciting new global projects

Ability and desire to be collaborative in an HR team

Strong HR generalist foundation

Experience supporting front-office or trading populations

Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and operating in a fast-paced environment

A proactive and energized personality, ready to join a team and company with amazing culture
