Key Responsibilities
Initiate Prior Authorization requests and prepare clinical documents for data entry
Review documentation for discrepancies and resolve issues using standard procedures
Input, update, and verify data in specified systems or spreadsheets
Required Qualifications
Must have a designated secure workplace for remote work
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems is a plus
Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
