What You Will Do :

As a Senior Patient Account Representative, you will be required to perform the following duties :

Answer questions on Team Building Assistance Log

Review accounts on CDU Escalation Desk

Report Time Management Sheets

Various other reports as assigned

Training new hires, first point of contact for team members

HQ Pre-bill report for authorizations

Denials experience

Proficient in all client systems

Able to multitask, find trends and work towards solutions

Other duties assigned

What You Will Need :

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1-3 years experience in medical billing and / or denials experience

What Would Be Nice To Have :

Average productivity 100%

Current knowledge of UB04 and 1500 claims
