Licensed Practical Nurse

Oak Hill is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in multiple locations : Hartford, Hebron, Middletown, and Shelton.

About the position :

The LPN at Oak Hill assists in maintaining the health and well-being of program participants by monitoring health issues and implementing policies, procedures and programs designed to promote health and enhance independence and quality of life, in keeping with Oak Hill’s mission.

Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem openings, with availability for 1st and 2nd shifts.

Minimum Requirements :

• Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate
• Valid driver’s license
