Senior Manager, Automation Engineering

Lead system design, integration, and process flow improvements
Analyze data to develop insights and influence strategic decisions
Oversee project management, from planning to execution and reporting
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

What you'll bring :

Proven experience in Supply chain engineering and supply chain process design

Strong data analysis and visualization skills (e.g., Python, R, BI tools)

Expertise in project management and financial analysis for automation projects

Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences

Experience with CAD, mechatronics, and control systems

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. Option 2 : 6 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. 2 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications...

Masters : Computer Engineering
